How your data is handled for email marketing
If you would like any additional information about how your data may be used for email marketing you can contact the website owner via the contact form.
Any data used for email marketing can be removed upon request. As a subscriber – a person, or persons that have given me permission to email them via the newsletter have given me permission to store, and use their contact information.
Your name and email address are stored via Mailchimp and by other secure means. Any data or information can be removed or deleted on request. Contact.
Tax Purposes – HMRC
When submitting taxes to HMRC I need to have a full book of accounts and information. Should you become a client or customer your contact information, business information, and project details will need to be kept on record. These cannot be removed, deleted, or altered for legal reasons.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For clients past and present, their information will need to be kept on record for taxes purposes indefinitely. All other data for other purposes – such as the newsletter can be removed on request and all data is vetted every year on an ad-hoc basis.
Contact Information
Your name, email address, business name, contact number, and other information if supplied are kept on a spreadsheet. These details are retained if you have stated that you are potentially interested in working together, have mutually exchanged business cards, or have mentioned that you are happy to network in the future and or have shown intent and interest in potentially using my services. These details may also be retained for future reference if you have sent a project via the website contact forms.
If you change your mind or would like these traces removed, you can request to have all information removed and your business card destroyed.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, or sent enquiries – you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you from this website ( that sits outside breaching legal purposes or for security ).
